Welcome to The Authenticity Revolution: Where Truth is the Rebellion!

About Me

I'm Michele Martin—the voice behind The Authenticity Revolution and a coach and guide for women who know something in their lives needs to change, but don't fully trust themselves to move toward what's next.

And I don't come to this work because I've figured out some secret formula for living the perfect life.

Far from it.

I've spent a lot of my own life doing what made sense on paper.

I built a successful career in the insurance industry. I worked hard. I achieved. I did what responsible people are supposed to do.

And I've also known what it's like to look at a life that seems perfectly fine from the outside and think:

This doesn't fit me anymore.

I've known what it's like to want something different and question whether I could trust myself enough to pursue it.

To wonder whether I was being unrealistic.

To look outside myself for answers.

To stay longer than I wanted to because the known can feel safer than the unknown—even when you know the known isn't where you want to stay.

That's part of what eventually led me to coaching and to creating The Authenticity Revolution.

What I Believe

Over the years, I've studied and worked with many different approaches, including Human Design, astrology, somatic work, nervous system awareness, energy work, and coaching.

They've all given me different ways of seeing people and understanding what may be happening beneath the surface.

But I don't believe any system knows you better than you know yourself.

And I don't want to become another person you look to for the answer.

I want to help you hear your own.

That's at the heart of how I work.

I listen closely.

I notice patterns, contradictions and assumptions that can be difficult to see when you're standing inside your own life.

I ask questions.

I reflect back what I'm seeing.

Sometimes I'll challenge you.

Sometimes I'll point toward something you may have been avoiding.

And sometimes I'll help you see that something you've believed about yourself for years may not actually be true.

I won't tell you what to do. But I also won't help you avoid yourself.

Because I believe there's a difference between needing someone else to give you the answer and needing someone to help you see what's getting in the way of hearing your own.

My goal isn't for you to leave our work more dependent on me.

It's for you to leave trusting yourself more.

Less searching outside yourself for permission.

Less second-guessing what you know.

More willing to make choices from what feels true for you—even when you can't know exactly how everything will turn out.

I'm still living this work too.

I don't have every answer for my own life, and I don't pretend to have yours.

But I know what it means to question the life you've been living, to hear the pull toward something more, and to learn how to trust yourself enough to follow it.

And if that's where you are now, you're in the right place.
